The stay was pleasant. I had a lovely experience with the butler service. They brought me tea and coffee a couple of times, which was a nice touch for my early morning routines. The location made it easy to explore the nearby museums and shopping areas. My butler was kind and helpful throughout my week.

I missed having a proper lobby to sit in while waiting. There was no swimming pool available, which would have been nice to have after a long day.
